All it takes is six simple steps to get your custom-made outfit that will make you feel ready for anything.

Step 1: Consultation

We begin with a conversation about your personal style and general wardrobe requirements and any specific preferences you may have. This is a visual-led process to understand your needs and clearly define what you would like to achieve from this experience.

Step 2: Fabric & Style Selection

During this process we will explore our luxurious fabrics and style options. Your design advisor will guide you through selecting the best fit for you while accommodating your preferences, providing try-on samples to ensure absolute confidence in your choice of design. You will then be advised through our fabric selection, helping to choose the best cloth for your garment.

Step 3: Measurement

This is where we take you through our precise measurement process to ensure a flawless fit.

Step 4: Garment Construction

We send your made-to-measure garment to our experienced tailors who will craft your design to your exact measurements.  This process usually takes approximately six weeks.

Step 5: Fitting

Once completed, we will invite you in for a fitting at your convenience. Should any adjustments be required at this point, we will have our in-house tailors amend the garment for absolute satisfaction.

Step 6: Collection or Delivery

When your garment is finished, we would love to have you in store and see you again for its collection, though we also offer a delivery service for your convenience.
